My goal during every treatment session is to respectfully work with the body and encourage balance of its tissues and its systems. My treatments are often slow and deep, with a focus on listening to the tissues and waiting for their response.

I have been practicing since 2019 and enjoy working with all types of people and body presentations.

Education and Background:

My training includes:

  • Visceral Connections: A Fascial Approach, level 1 + 2 (Heather Gittens, RMT)
  • Female Pelvis, Female Issues (Heather Gittens, RMT)
  • Integrative Myofascial Treatment Techniques: Pelvic Girdle (Mark Finch, RMT)
  • Neuromeningeal Manipulation level 1 (Barral Institute)
  • Introduction to Craniosacral Therapy

I find my work is most effective when I am able to assess the body in detail. You can expect our treatment to address both the area of concern as well as any areas that could be contributing to that concern. I perform a detailed health history and hands-on movement assessment at our first session together.

I look forward to working with you.

When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my family. I play soccer and baseball, as well as cycle and paddle board for fun. Slowing down and camping in our breathtaking province is my favourite way to spend a weekend.
