Gwyn graduated with her Master’s of Physical Therapy degree from UBC. Previously, she obtained her Bachelor of Kinesiology, and worked as a Kinesiologist. From volunteering in adaptive sport and physical activity, she also has experience working with people with spinal cord injuries, MS, and Parkinson’s. Gwyn also works at St. Paul’s Hospital in outpatient orthopaedics and acute care.

From sessions with Gwyn, you can expect a focused assessment of your functional movement and biomechanics. Treatment techniques include manual therapy, trigger point release, movement re-education, and (fun) tailored rehab exercises.
