Ken Moy is an anatomy wizard! From his assessments, manual manipulation to his exercises that he has given me, this guy is magic and you would be hard pressed to... read more find a better physio therapist. I was in a car accident 2.5yrs ago and had seen 3 different physio therapist in that time (along side with other therapies) and made little and slow progress in my rehabilitation. Seeing Ken for 20mins blew me away with how accurate his assessments were and then giving me the tools to treat them by myself. I've been seeing Ken for just over 2 months now (once a week) and I have made leaps and bounds in my recovery. You got a problem? Yo, this guy can likely solve it.

He was super compassionate, patient, kind and welcoming when he did my intake and while he asked questions, and listened very patiently while I explained in great detail about my physical health and injuries history and my health deteriorating over the past few years because of my work and related stresses that took a great toll on my physical health. While treating my knee he was very personable, gentle, very knowledgeable, informative and encouraging! I am extremely satisfied with my choice of deciding to visit The Physical Shop to seek help with my knee pain and feel very fortunate to have been assisted and treated by Trevor Potts. Highly recommend him. Very much looking forward to my follow up appointments with Trevor and his team members. Feeling confident my knee is on its way to healing much sooner than I thought. Within the last 3 weeks I had really bad shoulder pain. I needed to get treatment close by. After 3 treatments, 2 with Ken Moy and one Danielle I am... read more 90% better. They took the time to understand, provided exercises and stretches. They incorporated IMS at the end of session. Ken even followed up with emails in case I forgot how to do the exercises. The staff are very nice. This location has free parking in the neighborhood and about 1.5 blocks from Skytrain. I'd recommend them. Thanks for helping.

Kenneth was the best physio I’ve been to by far. He was quick to assess my issue and was extremely professional and fun. My appointment today was with Trevor, and he also provided a... read more great deal of help and lots of excellent information. I left the shop (? studio? clinic?) with my body feeling better, and with a doable set of exercises to work on to help my recovery and prevent future issues. The whole team has an easy going approach and the overall vibe there is awesome. I don't look forward to being injured or in pain again, but if I were to be, I'd look forward to returning to The Physio Store.

He was... read more like an amazing wizard with my wrist injury! He was so kind, empathetic and gentle. He diagnosed De Quervain's Tenosynovitis in minutes and even identified some related neck issues I hadn't even mentioned but he picked up on so quickly! Magic! He created a beautiful custom splint for me, gave me a few clear and easy to manage instructions and just 1 simple exercise and in just days I was cured! It really was unbelievable! Furthermore, when I went back to follow up (and praise him!) - he kindly gave me a simple exercise to prevent recurrence and then sent me on my way, not even charging me for his time! Quick, effective, and efficient. I couldn't have been more pleased! If I could give them more stars I definitely would!

Not sure what else there is to say, I have no complaints and would gladly recommend them. I've also since gotten a massage from Michelle, and that was also a fantastic experience. Highly recommended in both cases.
